国际商学院三门慕课入选中国-印尼全球融合式课堂,助力教育对外开放新高地建设!

为深入落实《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动》,打造教育对外开放新高地,在世界慕课与在线教育联盟的推动下,2025年度中国-印尼全球融合式课堂项目于近期完成全国课程遴选。国际商学院申报的《国际市场营销》《商务智能》《商务谈判》三门全英文课程凭借扎实的内容建设与鲜明的国际化特色,全部成功入选!
实力彰显,三门“金课”全国脱颖而出
在世界慕课、在线教育联盟与清华大学学堂在线平台的推动下,中国慕课出海印尼已成为教育合作的典范。此前,该项目已推动中国44所高校的68门优质课程向印尼开放,被近千名印尼学生选修。
2025年,项目持续深化,国际商学院的成功入选,标志着我们从优质教育资源的“输出者”,正式成长为共建“全球融合式课堂”的深度“参与者”。本次“中-印尼慕课出海”项目面向全国征集优质课程,竞争激烈,全国共征集151门课程,山东省入选49门。在此次优中选优的筛选中,国际商学院凭借过硬的课程质量、鲜明的国际化特色与创新的教学模式,申报的三门课程100%全部入选,展现了学院在国际化教学资源建设上的雄厚实力,以及课程内容对海外学生的强大吸引力。
课程简介——连接未来,赋能全球商务人才
此次入选的三门课程,精准对标了国际商科领域的核心知识与前沿技能,旨在为印尼学生提供最实用的商业智慧。以下是三门课程的深度介绍。
《International Marketing》(《国际市场营销》)——陈入画
培育全球视野,践行大国商道
国际市场营销是一种跨国界的社会和管理过程,企业通过创造产品、制定价格、设计渠道和引导促销,在国际市场上进行交换,以满足多国消费者的需要以获取利润。通过该课程的学习,可以使学生全面系统地掌握市场营销学的原理及其在国际市场营销中的应用,具备掌握进入国际市场经营和制定国际市场营销策略的基本理论和基本方法,培养学生的全球视野、大国情怀、企业精神、社会责任感等。为贯彻落实教师“立德树人”根本任务,本着“以学生发展为中心”的原则,课程教学设计思路为“课程思政+OBE产出+融合式教学资源和评价机制”。把教学内容模块化,强调了思政教学内容和学生学习效果产出,融合线上+线下、理论+案例、课堂+工作室等教学资源,并融合学生、同行、企业等多方评价机制。
International Marketing is a cross-border social and managerial process where enterprises create products, set prices, design channels, and promote exchanges in global markets to meet consumer needs and achieve profits. This course equips students with the principles and methods of international marketing, fostering global vision, cultural confidence, and practical skills.To implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and uphold the "student development-centered" principle, this course adopts an “ideological and political education + OBE + integrated evaluation mechanisms” approach. The modularized curriculum emphasizes ideological education while integrating"Belt and Road" case studies, combining online-offline learning, theory-practice connections, and classroom-workshop interactions.
《Business Intelligence》(《商务智能》)——孙盛放
解码数据洪流,锻造决策智能
当今企业每天都会产生海量数据,这些数据源自其应用程序与服务、设备与物联网、下载行为、用户对话或遥测数据。但拥有数据只是起点,随后需要对数据进行分类、整理和呈现,唯有如此才能提炼出洞见与策略。这种将数据转化为可操作性洞察的过程被称为商业智能(BI)。本课程涵盖商业智能的基础理论与应用实践。课程重点在于从企业业务数据中提取商业智能,以满足各类应用需求,例如客户细分与转化率分析。
Companies nowadays generate massive amounts of data on a daily basis, either from their apps and services, devices and IoT, downloads, conversations, or telemetry data. But having the data is just the beginning, it’s then sorted, arranged, and presented, and only then do stories and strategies emerge. This process of transforming data into actionable insight is called business intelligence, or BI. This course covers basic theories and applications of BI. The focus is on extracting business intelligence from firms' business data for various applications, such as customer segmentation and conversion analysis.
《Business Negotiation》(《商务谈判》)——周津阅
掌握博弈艺术,决胜商业前沿
《商务谈判》是一门兼具实践性与艺术性的应用型课程,旨在帮助学生系统掌握商务谈判的基本理论、流程规范与实务操作技能。课程注重理论联系实际,强调在真实情境中培养学生的谈判能力、分析思维与综合素养。在教学过程中,课程综合运用理论讲授、案例分析、情景模拟、示范演示等多种教学方法,突出职业导向、实践导向与开放导向,增强学生的课堂参与感和实战体验。学生将通过理论学习,掌握商务谈判的基本原则、模式、心理机制、伦理规范及相关法律法规;同时通过模拟谈判等实训环节,提升谈判策略设计、进程控制、技巧运用及礼仪礼节等方面的实操能力。课程致力于使学生具备开展商务谈判所需的整体素养,包括清晰的谈判思维、充分的谈判准备、灵活的策略运用以及高效的沟通表达能力,为今后从事商务活动及相关领域工作打下扎实基础。
Business Negotiation is an applied course that combines practicality and artistry, aiming to help students systematically master the basic theories, procedural norms, and practical skills of business negotiation. The course emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, focusing on cultivating students' negotiation abilities, analytical thinking, and comprehensive competence in real-world contexts. Through diverse teaching methods such as theoretical lectures, case studies, role-playing simulations, and demonstrative teaching, the course highlights a career-oriented, practical, and open approach, enhancing students' classroom engagement and hands-on experience. Students will acquire an understanding of the fundamental principles, models, psychological mechanisms, ethical norms, and relevant laws and regulations of business negotiation through theoretical learning. At the same time, practical training sessions such as simulated negotiations will strengthen their skills in strategy design, process control, technique application, and etiquette. The course is committed to equipping students with the overall competencies required for conducting business negotiations, including clear negotiation thinking, thorough preparation, flexible strategy application, and effective communication skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for their future careers in business and related fields.
